1. What is the minimum age to buy from CryptoVapes?
You must be 18+ to purchase online or in-store. All orders are subject to age verification before dispatch.
2. How do you verify age for online orders?
We use automated age verification at checkout and may request scanned ID (driving licence or passport) if verification fails. Orders won’t be dispatched until age is confirmed.
3. Are your products genuine?
Yes. We source from authorised UK distributors and only sell authentic brands like Vaporesso and SMOK.
4. What nicotine strengths do you stock?
We sell e-liquids within UK/TPD limits (0mg up to 20mg/ml where applicable). Disposable vapes are pre-filled and capped at legal nicotine levels. Check individual product pages for exact strengths.
5. Do you ship across the UK?
Yes — UK-wide delivery is typically 2–4 business days. We also offer same-day free delivery for eligible High Wycombe postcodes.
6. Are there cutoff times for same-day delivery?
We provide local same-day delivery without a strict online cutoff time; availability depends on stock and delivery capacity. Contact us if you need urgent local delivery.
7. What’s your returns policy?
We offer a 29-day returns window for change-of-mind returns on most unused, unopened items. Disposable vapes and opened e-liquids are excluded from change-of-mind returns; faulty items are handled separately. See our Returns & Refund Policy page for full details.
8. What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Email cryptovapes481@gmail.com with order details and photos. For faulty/incorrect items we will arrange return shipping at our cost and offer repair, replacement or full refund including original shipping.
9. Can I vape in your store?
Please don’t vape inside the shop. We’re happy to demonstrate products and discuss flavours, but we keep the retail floor vape-free.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and secure online payment gateways at checkout. In-store payment options include card and contactless.
11. How can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us immediately. If it hasn’t been dispatched we’ll try to amend or cancel. Once dispatched, standard returns rules apply.
